HERRSCHING, Germany, May 10, 2017 — Raman SpectrometersA line of f/1.3 high-performance Raman spectrometers from Wasatch Photonics has been announced by SphereOptics GmbH.

The spectrometers maximize throughput and offer shorter integration times for applications in the laboratory and in the field. Designed with proprietary volume phase holographic grating in a f/1.3 bench, the spectrometers allow users to capture and keep more photons to achieve better signal-to-noise ratio at the sample.

The devices provide lower limits of detection for applications like surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy and enable higher data collection rates for kinetics monitoring and quality control on ultrahigh-speed production lines.
