Featuring a wide mapping area up to 200 × 200 μm and a horizontal step size of 0.012 μm, XperRF provides users with a high-quality scanning experience for their target sample. With laser selections covering VIS and NIR, a wider range of applications is facilitated. It includes the NanoSpectrum intuitive and streamlined software suit.

Customization is possible for future upgrades and additional analysis techniques.
