Red Laser DiodeThe HL63391/92DG red laser diode from ProPhotonix Ltd. is a 638-nm laser diode that is designed to be highly durable and reliable at extreme temperatures.

The high-powered, single-mode HL63391/92DG is particularly well suited for industrial and projector applications. The self-contained red laser diode operates well under demanding environmental conditions and temperatures as high as 60 °C. It offers a high optical output power of 200 mW at a wavelength of 638 nm.

The red laser diode is ideally suited for integration into laser modules, levelers, measurement equipment, and as a light source for projector and laser show applications.
