The VR-3000 devices allow an instant, noncontact, 3D scan of a wide area, easily measuring rough surfaces, flatness, warpness and planarity. Batch analyses can be performed between multiple samples simultaneously under the same condition. It can also compare measurement results directly to CAD data. The VR-3000 can also automatically detect if a part is acceptable based on user-defined tolerances, allowing instant pass/fail inspection.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra December 2021 IssueVision SensorsThe IV3 series of vision sensors with built-in artificial intelligence (AI) from Keyence Corp. of America provide flexibility for mistake- and error-proofing in manufacturing.
