The AD-LA16-9DIL integrates the company's proprietary near-IR enhanced APD processing, which provides a spectral response range of 400 to 1100 nm, with each element producing an output of ~60 A/W at 905 nm. It is housed in an 18-pin dual in-line ceramic package with a clear glass window. The elements have active areas of 640 x 239 µm with a separation of 81 µm.
