Request InfoTektronix Inc.BEAVERTON, Ore., Sept. 29, 2015 — Tektronix Inc. has announced the expansion of its DPO70000SX oscilloscope series to include 50- and 23-GHz models. The 50-GHz product features a patented asynchronous time interleaving (ATI) architecture for technologies such as 28-GBd PAM4 and K-band frequency testing. Along with the 70-GHz model, it allows engineers to more accurately capture and measure higher-frequency signals with up to 30 percent less system noise than legacy frequency interleaving approaches. The 23-GHz instrument joins existing 33-GHz models, which feature compact dimensions and built-in scalability using...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 3/7/2023Fiber Access PlatformThe SDX 6330 10-Gbit/s combo passive optical network (PON) fiber access platform from Adtran Inc. enables service providers to rapidly and cost effectively connect homes and businesses with...Photonics.com 7/15/2022Fiber Optic Network SimulatorThe Fiber Lab MSP fiber optic network simulator from M2 Optics Inc. simulates several common fiber optic links in a single unit for training, demonstration, and testing applications.
