The lenses offer radiometric quality with improved optical MTF (modulation transfer function) performance for large, high-resolution FPA (focal plane array) formats (1280 × 1024) as well as low pixel pitch of 12 µm. Optimized for the 3- to 5-µm spectral range, the lenses provide diffraction-limited performance with low distortion and stray light.
