Request InfoMKS/NewportIRVINE, Calif., Feb. 18, 2013 — Newport Corp. has unveiled BroadBeam high-reflector mirrors optimized for broadband performance. They provide >99% average reflectivity (for both S and P polarizations) of laser beams from 350 to 1100 nm with a 0 to 50° angle of incidence. Manufactured with UV-grade fused silica substrates, the all-dielectric high reflectors feature a surface flatness of ≤ λ/10 over the clear aperture. The 25.4-mm-diameter mirrors are durable to MIL-C-675 standards and have a 10-5 scratch-dig surface quality. They are used in research applications.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 7/26/2022Optical MountsThe E-Series of Adjustable Size Kinematic Optical Mounts from Edmund Optics Inc. can be used for mounting a wide range of round, rectangular, and square optical components, including round and...BioPhotonics Jan/Feb 2023 IssueZinc Selenide OpticsHigh-quality zinc selenide (ZnSe) lenses, output couplers, and mirrors from Laser Research Optics are optimized at 1.06 μm for medical laser OEMs. The devices are manufactured to...Photonics.com 9/5/2022Ultrafast Laser MirrorsLow-group-delay-dispersion (GDD) Ultrafast Laser Mirrors from Knight Optical Ltd. are used for high-performing ultrafast laser applications.
