Request InfoTeledyne DALSA, Machine Vision OEM ComponentsDalsa Corp. has introduced a 4-megapixel true two-phase CCD sensor in its High Quanta series, model IA-DJ-02084. It can be used for medical x-ray imaging, including CT, and for scientific imaging, even in low-light conditions. The monochrome sensor exhibits a 100% optical fill factor, a >77-dB linear dynamic range and readout noise of <16 e at 5 MHz and –30 °C. Its quantum efficiency peaks at >75% and its 2084 × 2084 pixels each measure 24 μm. The sensor uses a 4 × 4 binning scheme to achieve frame rates >10 fps. A back-thinned version can be custom-ordered.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueBandpass FiltersThe ADVANTECH™ hard coat bandpass filters from Andover Corp. offer steep slopes, high light transmission, durability, and long life for demanding applications.
