Boyd Corp.Lytron Inc. designed its High Performance Series vacuum-brazed cold plates for high-watt density applications in the laser, semiconductor and power electronics industries. The standard model CP-30 for end-users has a corrugated aluminum fin that provides an increased heat transfer surface for enhanced efficiency.
