Request InfoScansonic MI GmbHSCut MAX cutting optics from Scansonic MI GmbH is designed for laser power up to 30 kW. The cutting gas flow is adjusted to the laser power levels and permits a significantly higher volume flow, with the cooling design refined to accommodate greater heat generation. Larger cooling water conduits and additional cooling elements prevent excessive temperatures from causing damage to the cutting optics. The autofocus range was also adapted to allow cutting of significantly thicker material. SCut MAX uses an FCH-16 fiber connector for coupling commercially available fiber and disc lasers....See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra October 2023 IssueOptical Seam Tracking SensorThe TH6D-Advanced from Scansonic is an optical seam tracking scanner that was built for automated joining processes.
