It features linewidth of 20 MHz with a near-diffraction-limited beam (M2 ≤ 1.7) in a single spatial mode. The main wavelengths are from 780 to 785 nm; customer-specific wavelengths can be preset at the factory. The laser provides more than 300 mW of continuous-wave power in a free beam or 200 mW from a single-mode fiber.
