IDEX Health & Science - Semrock Optical Filters
Semrock Inc. says that the steepness of its E-grade long-wave-pass edge filters makes it possible now to measure Stokes-shifted Raman signals closer to the blocked laser line. The RazorEdge Raman filters for wavelengths from 224 to 1064 nm exhibit a high signal-to-noise ratio and are fabricated via ion-beam sputtering. The initial offerings at wavelengths of 532, 633 and 785 nm have an edge steepness, measured from optical density 6 to 50% transmission, of 0.2% of the laser wavelength, translating to 1 nm or ∼40 cm–1 for a 532-nm edge filter.See full product
