Request InfoMaster Bond Inc.Master Bond Inc. has developed EP62-1MED, an epoxy that has improved chemical and temperature resistance. It can bond to glass optics and does not cause shrinkage. The adhesive is designed to withstand repeated cycles of steam, ethylene oxide, radiation and chemical sterilization. It cures at 150 to 200 °F, and functions at up to 400 °F. It contains no volatile components such as solvents, and its mix ratio is 100:10 by weight.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2023 IssueVCSEL Laser DiodeThe single-mode 850-nm vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) diode from IMM Photonics GmbH is contained in a compact TO46 housing.
