SAN JOSE, Calif., April 9, 2021 — The QSFP-DD 400G ZR extended case temperature modules from NeoPhotonics Corp. use coherent optical components. With the Silicon Photonics Coherent Optical Subassembly (COSA) and the low power consumption, ultra-narrow linewidth Nano-ITLA tunable laser, each of these components can be operated over a wide module case temperature range up to 80° C. The modules can be deployed in extended-temperature datacenter environments while reducing cooling requirements and fan power.See full product
