The kit includes picosecond laser diode sources from 375 to 470 nm and from 635 nm upward for fluorescence excitation coupled in a single-mode fiber. The fluorescence emission is guided to photon-counting detectors and recorded by the TimeHarp 200 TCSPC system, and the synchronization signals from the FluoView are fed into the data stream recorded via a time-tagged time-resolved data-acquisition mode.
