Request InfoISS Inc.ISS offers Chronos, a frequency-domain fluorescence lifetime instrument based on the use of laser diodes and LEDs for excitation. The fully automated fluorometer uses a Windows-based software program and can be upgraded for steady-state fluorescence in photon-counting mode or analog mode of acquisition. The portable instrument measures lifetime determination of multiexponential decays, lifetime analysis using continuous distributions, rotational motions of molecules, phase- and modulation-resolved kinetics and spectra, lifetime millisecond kinetics and time-resolved spectra.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jan/Feb 2024 IssueSpectral FastFLIM ModuleThe Parallel 16-PMT Spectral FastFLIM from ISS is a time-resolved spectral detector with parallel 16-channel digital frequency domain FLIM (FastFLIM) readouts for fast spectral FLIM data acquisition....Photonics Spectra April 2024 IssueBeam Propagation AnalyzerThe Ophir® BeamSquared® SP204S M2 from MKS Instruments is a portable beam propagation analyzer that measures CW and pulsed lasers with Rayleigh length up to 20 meters in less than one minute....Photonics.com 7/1/2022Laser TrackerThe Leica Absolute Tracker AT500 from Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence AB is an ultralong-range laser tracker platform with a wireless handheld probe.
