Designed to measure the temporal pulse shape of lasers or other light sources, it is a high-speed photodiode sensor with a wide spectral response. The sensor provides a fast 1-ns response time and accommodates wavelengths from 190 to 1100 nm. Compact, easy to use and flexible, it provides two modes of operation: the 50-Ω load measures nanosecond high peak power pulses, while the 10-KΩ load measures longer and lower peak power pulses.
