Thermoelectrically cooled photovoltaic multiple junction four-element 2 × 2 array detector, based on InAsSb heterostructure, is integrated with four-channel transimpedance preamplifier and thermoelectric cooler controller. This module uses four bandpass filters with center wavelengths.
