Request InfoXenicsXenICs has released the XS-FPA, a robust, easy-to-use digital IR camera that produces 14-bit images at a frame rate of 60 Hz. The device covers the 0.9- to 1.7-µm spectral range using an array of 320 × 256 pixels set at a 30-µm pitch, and features a pixel operability ratio of 98% and an optical fill factor of >99.9%. Exposure time is adjustable from 1 µs to 8 ms at high gain, or to 200 ms at low gain. The camera, which operates from 0 to 35 °C, includes a 16-mm, f/1.4 C-mount lens and a compact 6-V, 0.8-A power supply.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra July 2023 IssueIR CamerasThe Nyx Nucleus™ line of performance IR cameras from American Infrared Solutions features a resolution of 1280 × 1024 for OEMs, engineers, and researchers.
