The InGaAs SWIR SU320KTX has a 320 × 240-pixel format with a 40-µm pixel pitch, and the SU640KTSX has a 640 × 512-pixel format with a 25-µm pixel pitch. Both automatically compensate for variations in light levels that may differ by up to five orders of magnitude.
