Request InfoLaser Components USA Inc.BEDFORD, N.H., June 18, 2015 — Laser Components USA Inc. has announced the IG22is, an extended InGaAs detector for shortwave-infrared spectroscopy applications. The line sensor has 256 pixels at 30 × 250 μm each with a pitch of 50 μm. In cooled operation, the spectral range is covered up to 2.1 μm. Amplification can be finely adjusted at eight levels, individually per pixel. The array was designed with a high linearity, aiming at a value of 99.9 percent.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content March 2024 IssueSpecimONE Spectral Imaging PlatformSeeking a precise, fast, + non-destructive imaging tech that can identify materials invisible to the human eye?
