They are designed for use with grounded cathode devices such as semiconductor optical amplifiers, superluminescent diodes and Raman pump lasers. Drive current is up to 1 A, and TE control is to 2.5 A. The LDR250 model provides drive currents of up to 250 mA and modulation capability. The modules include an integrated heat sink with demountable butterfly or DIL connectors, reconfigurable pin connections and integrated driver safety features.
