Request InfoFrankfurt Laser CompanyThe Fraunhofer Center for Laser Technology has introduced a high-speed laser tube mill for continuous production of small-diameter tubing. It forms and welds flat coil stock into tubing at speeds greater than 60 ft/min. It uses PRC Laser's STS 3000 fast-axial-flow CO2 laser and is suitable for use by high-volume tubing manufacturers. The company designed the laser tube mill for increased process stability, greater processing speeds and reduced downtime, and to eliminate the welding consumables associated with traditional welding mills.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Summer 2023 IssueArea Scan CameraThe EoSens 10CCX12-FM 10 MP area scan camera from Mikrotron GmbH features a global shutter for demanding vision applications in industrial inspection, life science imaging, and 4K video applications...Photonics Spectra August 2023 IssueWarpage Metrology ToolThe Wave3000 warpage metrology tool from ERS electronic GmbH is designed for advanced packaging wafers and the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
