Request InfoQioptiq Photonics GmbH & Co. KGA miniature electro-optic modulator developed by Linos Photonics GmbH allows full analog modulation of lasers with 400- to 700-nm wavelengths. The device, which maintains a Gaussian beam profile, features modulation frequencies up to 100 MHz with rise and fall times below 3 ns. Transmission is higher than 90% at 532 nm, and the preliminary value for the extinction ratio is better than 1:250. The system includes a driver unit and a power supply, and it is small enough for integration into OEM applications.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaWEBINARSPhotonics.com 3/27/2024Precision Planning: Simplified Laser Scanning with Predictive SoftwareConventional controllers for laser scan systems do not allow to predict the actual path of the laser beam on the work piece.
