Request InfoG&H StingRay, Optical SystemsKEENE, N.H., April 11, 2008 -- A 50-mm midwave infrared (MWIR) large-format lens assembly from StingRay Optics has an optional microscanning and step-stare sensor capability for enhanced imaging requirements and can be used as either a stand-alone solution for large-format detectors or in conjunction with the enhanced-resolution features. The lens is suited for use with cooled cameras with up to 28-mm focal plane diagonals. The speed of the lens is based on an F/2.3 cold shield arrangement, and its 50-mm focal length is derived from the required 1-m sampling area at an operating distance of 2.5 km. The MWIR...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content May 2022 IssuePhaseCam MWIRThe PhaseCam MWIR is a dual-port, midwave infrared interferometer that measures optical surface shape and wavefront error at a 3.39 µm infrared wavelength with incredibly fast acquisition for...Vision Spectra Summer 2023 IssueSwir LensThe Ophir LightIR 10-135 mm and 18-225 mm MWIR f/3.6 continuous zoom lenses from MKS Instruments Inc. are compact, high-performance, motorized continuous zoom lenses.
