Request Info4D Technology Corporation4D Technology has added a suite of components for measuring 300-mm-diameter optics. The AccuFiz series includes a 4-in.-aperture interferometer, a 100- to 300-mm beam expander for horizontal or look-down measurement configurations, a phase-shifting rotational mount for measuring in remote cavity setups, and a 300-mm standard rotational mount for highly repeatable tip, tilt and rotation control of the test and reference optics. Kinematic mounting makes it possible to remove the AccuFiz for free-standing operation, then return it to the beam expander without realigning it.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra October 2022 IssueBlue Light 3D ScannerThe MINI Blue Light 3D Scanner from Revopoint 3D casts a set of blue-lit patterns onto an object’s surface in order to gather 3D data points of the object’s shape with 0.02-mm precision....Photonics.com 4/23/2024Imaging ColorimeterThe I16-G from Radiant Vision Systems is an imaging colorimeter and metrology solution that can be used to measure properties of light that influence the visual quality of devices such as LEDs,...Photonics Spectra August 2023 IssueSemiconductor Metrology ToolThe FRT MicroProf® PT from FormFactor Inc. is a metrology and inspection system for high-throughput panel measurement in advanced packaging.
