Request InfoShort-Pulse Ultrafast Laser Offers Higher Power Coherent Inc.SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 13, 2007 -- The new Micra-10 from Coherent Inc. is the first one-box ultrafast laser oscillator to deliver over 750 mW of broadband output power, the company said. As with other products in the Micra line, this wide spectral-bandwidth (more than 75 nm from the Micra-10) can be externally compressed to produce pulses in the range of 10 to 15 fs. In addition, Coherent said, the Micra-10 offers the flexibility of center wavelength tunability, as well as user-adjustable spectral bandwidth. Micra-10 is a one-box laser in which the Verdi green pump-laser and the broadband titanium:sapphire ultrafast...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra July 2023 IssueDeep UV Picosecond LaserThe HyperRapid NXT 266 industrial-grade deep UV picosecond laser from Coherent offers precision manufacturing as small as 5 µm.
