It performs precise correction of the laser adjustment by microseconds. Based on two orthogonal tilting axes, it features a compact design and high stiffness, and it delivers a resonant frequency of 450 Hz. Manual setting angle is ±2°, and the piezo drive delivers fine adjustment of 1 mrad.
