It has four 5 × 5-mm VCSEL chips which are connected in series, each delivering 120 W of output power. The chips are mounted on a copper heat sink that is fan-cooled and integrated with the module. The module is suitable for illumination and medical applications, and for users who want to employ a ready-made pump for pumping of solid-state lasers.
