The NIR systems — as with the non-NIR systems — allow zoom magnification from 0.09× to 228× and fixed magnification from 0.30× to 0.91×, and both zoom and fixed versions can be ordered with detents and apertures. Optimized for imaging in the 700- to 1550-nm-wavelength range, the products are designed for photoemission microscopy, back-side photomask registration and other applications.
