Request InfoAdvanced Optical Technology Ltd.Advanced Optical Technology Ltd. has unveiled the AOT:YVO:25QI, a short-pulse 1064-nm laser for laboratory equipment suppliers and users. Repetition rate is from 0 to 25 kHz, nominal pulse length is 1.5 ns, and pulse energy is up to 40 μJ at 30-kW peak power. The laser produces maximum average power of 750 mW and a TEM00 beam profile. It comprises a laser head and a PSU/control unit connected by a 2-m-long conduit cable. Required user inputs are single-phase 110 to 250 VAC of <40 W and a TTL trigger source to set the pulse repetition rate. A 10-turn potentiometer sets the laser power.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Showcase July 2023 IssueSingle-Channel Pulse GeneratorExternally triggered with complementary outputs, rise and fall times under 100 picoseconds, and a programmable range of delay and pulse widths make the T240 ideal for driving seed lasers in pumped...Photonics Spectra October 2023 IssuePulsed Fiber Laser LidarThe 1550-nm pulsed fiber laser lidar for remote sensing mapping from Lumispot Tech. does not generate geometric distortion and provides independence from sun illumination and other weather factors....Promoted Content December 2023 IssueCELESTA Light EngineLumencor’s CELESTA Light Engine houses seven solid-state lasers in a turnkey illuminator for demanding fluorescence applications like confocal spinning disk microscopy and spatially resolved...Photonics Spectra August 2022 IssueLadar-Based Metrology SystemThe DYNAMIC 9D laser detection and ranging (LADAR) system from Automated Precision Europe GmbH provides noncontact optical dimensional metrology for manufacturing uses.
