Either the pedestal posts can be used alone for stable, fixed-height mounting, or an extension post or a spacer can be added for heights up to 0.125 in. Slotted clamping forks allow them to be secured anywhere on an optical table. Precision-ground 1-in.-diameter stainless steel posts are available in lengths of 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 in.
