Both identifiers include three detecting functions: tone, traffic and optical networking unit (ONU). The identifiers offer a 96-dBm sensitivity in tone mode. Operators can select wavelengths of 1310, 1490 or 1550 nm and detect modulated tones at 270 Hz, 1 kHz and 2 kHz, as well as CW and ONU signals.
