Request InfoSiskiyou Corp.GRANTS PASS, Ore., June 17, 2015 — A new optics clip from Siskiyou Corp. secures high-flatness components in optical mounts without significantly degrading their wavefront performance. Traditional optics mount holdings such as set screws or permanent adhesives introduce mechanical stress, warping the component out of shape. Siskiyou’s patent-pending retaining clip prevents lateral movement of the part. The clips are compatible with all two-axis adjustment, flexure and kinematic optical mounts for mirrors, lenses and beamsplitters. The clips attach using two screws, accessed from the front of the mount for...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jan/Feb 2023 IssueZinc Selenide OpticsHigh-quality zinc selenide (ZnSe) lenses, output couplers, and mirrors from Laser Research Optics are optimized at 1.06 μm for medical laser OEMs. The devices are manufactured to...Photonics.com 7/26/2022Optical MountsThe E-Series of Adjustable Size Kinematic Optical Mounts from Edmund Optics Inc. can be used for mounting a wide range of round, rectangular, and square optical components, including round and...Photonics.com 9/5/2022Ultrafast Laser MirrorsLow-group-delay-dispersion (GDD) Ultrafast Laser Mirrors from Knight Optical Ltd. are used for high-performing ultrafast laser applications.
