Request InfoLumiledsPhilips Lumileds Lighting Co. has unveiled its Luxeon Rebel power LEDs that operate between 350 and 1000 mA. Warm-, neutral- and cool-white color temperatures and standard InGaN and AlInGaP colors are available. The cool-white model exceeds 70 lm/W at 350 mA. The LEDs measure 3 × 4.5 mm — 75% smaller than other surface-mount power LEDs, according to the company. The devices’ ceramic-based packaging withstands high heat, with a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C. Typical correlated color temperatures of the warm-, neutral- and cool-white LEDs are 3000, 4100 and 6500 K, respectively.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra March 2024 IssueRGB Mini Projector LEDsThe series of colored LEDs from ams OSRAM are RGB versions of the previously released OSTAR® Projection Compact LEDs.
