Request InfoNewport - ILX Lightwave, PhotonicsThe OMH-6732B short-wavelength power/wave head from ILX Lightwave Corp. measures optical power up to 1 W from short-wavelength lasers while simultaneously measuring wavelengths from 350 to 530 nm. The company says that the combined technology is more cost-effective than the use of separate meters, and it eliminates repetitive coupling or alignment and multiple steps in the production process. The device can be used with either an OMM-6810B optical multimeter or LPA-9080 series laser diode parameter analyzer. It is calibrated to NIST standards at the company's laboratory.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaWEBINARSPhotonics.com 7/8/2015Laser Illuminated Maskless h-line LithographyPower Technology will present new options for h-line lithography.
