Request InfoJAI A/SJAI A/S has announced the CV-A11, a progressive-scan 1/3-in. monochrome CCD camera. It offers "switchless" remote setup via RS-232 from a PC, a "dumb" terminal or a hyper terminal. The software is configurable for partial scan -- 58 to 124 fps -- which allows faster acquisition in applications that don't require full-frame vertical resolution, such as bottle fill-level and date-coding inspections. The compact device measures 29 x 44 x 66 mm, and the company says that it offers low power consumption and 100,000 h of mean time between failures.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra December 2023 IssueLine-Scan Camera AdapterThe allPIXA alignment adapter from Chromasens GmbH is a mechanical adapter for Chromasen’s line of allPIXA line scan cameras.
