Request InfoHamamatsu CorporationThe P13567-01CT photo IC photosensor from Hamamatsu Corp. combines an NIR-LED and an InGaAs PIN photodiode to provide an ultra-compact package measuring 5.5 × 1.7 × 1.0 mm. The LED emits 1.45-μm IR light onto a target object, and the reflected light is detected by the InGaAs PIN photodiode. The photodiode’s signal is then output digitally through an I2C interface. Other features include low-voltage operation, low-current consumption, a built-in 16-bit analog-to-digital converter and a built-in LED driver. The P13567-01CT is suitable for NIR applications...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Sep/Oct 2022 IssueSlide ScannerThe C13220-21MDEU NanoZoomer® S360MD slide scanner system from Hamamatsu is a high-throughput, in vitro diagnostic regulation-compliant model for use in hospitals and clinical laboratories. ...Photonics Spectra February 2023 IssueEndoscopic Image SensorThe OH02B image sensor from OmniVision Technologies Inc. is a square, 2-MP, 1500 × 1500 resolution CMOS image sensor for medical use.
