Request InfoOSI Laser Diode Inc.EDISON, N.J., June 17, 2015 — The new SCW 1430 series of laser diode modules from OSI Laser Diode Inc. are intended for optical testing applications where high-peak pulsed power is required, such as optical time-domain reflectometers and optical spectrum analyzers. Four packages are available: 14-pin dual in-line, 14-pin butterfly, 3-pin coaxial or 3-pin transistor outline (TO56). The high-peak pulsed laser diode modules operate typically at a center wavelength of 1490 nm (1470 nm minimum to 1510 nm maximum). They deliver no less than 100 mW optical power (fiber) and a minimum of 300 mW (TO56).See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 1/23/2023Pulsed Semiconductor LasersCoherent Corp.’s 905-nm triple-junction edge-emitting semiconductor lasers enable direct time-of-flight lidar systems in a wide variety of mission-critical industrial robots exposed to...Photonics Spectra October 2022 IssueGreen Pulsed LaserThe Spectra-Physics® Talon® 532-70 laser from MKS Instruments Inc. is a high-power, green diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) laser with ns pulses.
