MKS Ophir, Light & Measurement
NORTH LOGAN, Utah, March 17, 2016 — Ophir Photonics has announced the RM9-PD radiometer, a sensor for the power measurement of low-level continuous wave (CW) or quasi-CW sources. The RM9-PD integrates a photodiode sensor and an 18-Hz chopper into an easy-to-use system. The sensor is calibrated over the entire wavelength range from 0.2 to 1.1 µm and features a digitally synthesized lock-in amplifier that reduces external noise to a minimum, allowing the measurement of power levels from 300 fW to 300 nW. An 8-mm aperture is featured with a 3.6 s response time.See full product
