Request InfonLIGHT Inc.A line of high-brightness, single-emitter, multimode C-mount diode lasers has been released by nLight Corp. for use in pumping solid-state lasers, materials processing, and graphic arts and illumination applications. Available wavelengths are 635 to 1600 nm, with output from 0.5 to 5 W, continuous wave. An optional fast-axis collimating lens produces 95% power transmission and collimates the fast axis down to <0.5° FWHM. The 5-W instrument is a 200-µm broad-area emitter at 808 nm. It operates at 5000 mA, with compliance voltage of 1.95 V. Spectral width is <2 nm FWHM.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra July 2022 IssueSolid-State LasersTruDisk high-power, solid-state lasers from TRUMPF SE and Co.
