Request InfoAUREA TechnologyBESANCON, France, Dec. 4, 2014 — Aurea Technology has announced a new near-infrared single-photon-counting OEM module for analytical and quantum technologies applications. The SPD_NIR_OEM_120MHz detects wavelengths from 900 to 1700 nm. It features a Geiger-mode InGaAs single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) and newly enhanced embedded electronics. The device provides gated-mode operation up to 120 MHz trigger rate with timing resolution of <150 ps. It performs very-low-noise DCR <5.000 counts per second and touts high photon-detection efficiency up to 30 percent.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 5/5/2023SWIR Line Scan SensorThe NSC1801 line scan SWIR sensor from New Imaging Technologies (NIT) offers users applications in semiconductor and photovoltaic cell inspection, vegetable inspection, and pharmaceutical inspection....Vision Spectra Winter 2022 IssueGigE Vision CameraThe exo253ZGE GigE Vision camera from SVS-Vistek GmbH features the Sony IMX250MZR 12.3-MP polarization sensor to filter reflections and glare to identify undetectable flaws.
