Request InfoExalos AGExalos AG has expanded its portfolio of 840-nm superluminescent LEDs (SLEDs) by introducing new high-power devices that can provide more than 20 mW of power. The 840-nm SLEDs are especially suited for medical imaging applications such as OCT and fiber-optic sensor applications due to high output power and large spectral bandwidth. For spectral domain OCT applications, higher output power from the SLED allow for more asymmetric splitting ratios in the interferometer and therefore in lower losses for the received OCT signal, enabling higher acquisition speeds or higher sensitivity. ...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 2/1/2024SLEDsExalos has released three superluminescent LEDs (SLEDs) for interferometry, fiber sensing and fiber component testing, and biomedical imaging.
