Request InfoEdmund Optics Inc.Edmund Industrial Optics has released a long-wave thermal camera for industrial and security applications. The heat-sensing device is sensitive from 8 to 14 µm and has a dynamic range of 66 dB. The sensing element and internal circuitry produce a 320 x 240 interpolated gray-scale image with 50-µm square pixels. The camera can operate as a stand-alone unit, or it can be controlled via an RS-232 connection. Software is included for controlling freeze frame averaging, image uploading, brightness, contrast and gamma correction. Two coated germanium lenses are available for the camera.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 2/9/2023Video Acquisition CardThe Lautrec LT-311 video acquisition card from Enciris Technologies features ultra-HD 4K up to 60 fps, four 12-G SDI inputs, 3D, 10-bit video processing, less than one-frame latency, PCIe 4xGen 2...Photonics.com 10/14/2022LWIR Camera CoreThe Dione 1024 LWIR camera core from Xenics NV provides small size, low weight, low power, and low cost for imaging applications.
