The Ophir F150(200)A-CM-16 thermal sensor from MKS Instruments Inc. measures high repetition rate lasers with short pulses in the nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond ranges. The compact, calibrated, fan-cooled sensor supports lasers with average powers of up to 200 W without a diffuser.
