UV15X-2 cures in 10 to 30 seconds when exposed to a UV light source. It is clear after curing and has a refractive index of 1.51. It offers very low shrinkage upon curing and a tensile strength of 6000 to 7000 psi. The compound is able to withstand rigorous thermal cycling from -80 to 300 °F.
