Request InfoSantec Corp. The SLM150 UV hardened spatial light modulator from Santec Corp. is based on liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) technology. The SLM150 is a 2D spatial light modulator with 42× higher UV durability when compared to standard devices. A power density up to 10 mW/cm2 is sustainable using a novel liquid crystal and dielectric mirror design. The SLM-150 follows the popular first-generation SLM-100 from Santec that has been deployed in various industrial and scientific applications including beam shaping, computer-generated holograms, optical manipulation and wave-front compensation.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra March 2024 IssueSpatial Light ModulatorThe PLUTO-2.1 from HOLOEYE Photonics is a phase-only spatial light modulator that consists of a driver unit with standard digital video interface and a phase only liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS)...Photonics.com 5/23/2022Near-eye Display Measurement SystemThe Rx-series prescription near-eye display measurement system from Gamma Scientific Inc. is specifically designed to measure optical clarity and image quality for optical corrections such as...BioPhotonics Sep/Oct 2023 IssueOptical Stereo MicroscopesThe third-generation range of Mantis ergonomic optical stereo microscopes from Vision Engineering Ltd. feature improved optics for hand-to-eye coordination and depth perception.
