They deliver a high-quality TEM00 beam with M2 <1.2 and with stability and low-noise characteristics of <1% rms from 10 Hz to 2 MHz. They are suitable for applications in bioinstrumentation, microelectronics fabrication, flat panel display manufacturing and solar cell production.
