Request InfoEdmund Optics Inc.Edmund Industrial Optics has unveiled the BM-4 1/2-Hz vibration isolation system. Based on patented negative-stiffness technology, it requires neither electrical nor air hookups, enabling easy transportation and quick setup. Breadboards can be placed on top to increase the surface area. The system measures less than 17 × 17 × 9 in., weighs 60 lb and is available in three models that support payloads of 0 to 25, 25 to 50 or 50 to 100 lb. It is designed for isolating sensitive instrumentation and high-magnification imaging from low-frequency building and ground vibrations.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 5/11/2022Augmented Reality SystemThe SZX-AR1 augmented reality system from EVIDENT easily retrofits to existing Olympus SZX series stereo microscopes to simplify complex microscope-based manufacturing tasks and simplify assembler...Photonics.com 3/27/2024Extended C+L-Band GrismsCoherent’s family of aberration-correcting, high-efficiency grisms and transmission gratings encompass the entire extended C+L band in a single optic for the construction of compact network...Vision Spectra Summer 2023 IssueArtificial Intelligence PlatformThe Nuvo-9160GC wide-temperature edge artificial intelligence (AI) platform from Neousys Technology Inc. uses the Intel® 12th-Gen platform and an 130-W NVIDIA RTX™ GPU card.
